TuitionFlow has different plans for different sizes of tutoring business.
You can review plans from Settings -> Billing -> Plan & subscription.
The main plans are:
Solo
For an independent tutor running their own roster. Solo includes one admin tutor, unlimited students, scheduling, invoicing, and payments.
Studio
For a growing tutoring business with a small team. Studio adds tools such as leads, automations, assignments, homework, analytics, tutor onboarding, messaging, and custom branding.
Agency
For larger tutoring agencies. Agency includes Studio features, plus packages, API access, unlimited tutors, and priority support.
Enterprise
For multi-branch organisations and bespoke setups. Enterprise includes advanced options such as white-label domains, SSO, consolidated reporting, dedicated onboarding, and custom support.
Some plans include a monthly base fee plus usage-based lesson-hour billing. Your estimated monthly bill is shown on the Plan & subscription page.
If you move to a lower plan, some features may no longer be available. If the lower plan has a tutor limit, you may also need to reduce or archive tutor seats.
